Ecuador 2013 Service Trip Information Headquarters.
We met this week to finalize the decision to take the Galapagos extension. Stay tuned for a meeting in the next week or so to start the paperwork organizing. Thanks to those who have already initiated fundraising options.
6 people have registered. Yaa! The trip is officially on.
On Tuesday June 12, over 30 students with their parents came out to the school to hear about the trip. That was awesome. Thank you to everyone who was able to come out. For those who couldn't, I'm posting the information here.
Key bits:
We need a minimum of 6 students registered to make the trip happen at all.
The discount deadline (means the first 6 registrants get $100 off their trip) is June 22
No one at the meeting last night voted for the 10-day trip. Implication is that everyone wants to work towards the 14 day trip which includes the Galapagos Islands.
